| Important Notice for Newly Admitted students |

| Newly Admitted Students must bring the following documents along with them :- |
| |
- DMC of Matric and 10+2 (Original and Attested Photocopies), If DMC of 10+2 is not available with them , then passing certificate from the school is required.
- Medical certificate from Govt. Hospital/Dispensary (As per the CET format)
- Affidavit - Citizen of India (as per CET format), If already submitted to PTU, then photocopy of the affidavit.
- Four latest Passport Size Coloured Photographs.
- Migration Certificate in Original other than Punjab School Education Board.
- Reserve Category Certificate if any
- Gap Affidavit(as per CET format), attested by the Executive Magistrate/Tehsildar
